 General Interest

Neil Armstrong’s words when taking his first step on the moon. 
Was he predicting the future? 
He says: “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”
Reversed:  Man will spacewalk         

An interesting bi-lingual example is Osama bin Laden speaking in Arabic yet the reversed message is in English.
Reversed:  I will buy you the palace of evil

Arnold Shwarzennegger’s election speech part of which reverses to:
Sin I'll beat the law

And would you do business with this person?  Here is an author and
potential agent discussing a book deal and the agent says in reverse:
I'm so full of shit

A colleague and I were discussing just how easy it is to communicate with the
unconscious mind using Reverse Speech and this reversal appeared:
Insight to this universe

In Reverse Speech the metaphor of 'universe' makes reference to the endlessness
of life - so this reversal is telling us that with this tool of Reverse Speech,  we can
communicate with the greater parts of ourselves and gain insight into our
spiritual nature.

 Clients

Predicting the future appears in reversals.  Here a client discusses the possibility of
attending a specialised music school in Indonesia in the near future. A part of this reversed to:
They will not
 
Indeed almost two months after our work together she discovered that she was not accepted into the school - so of course she didn't go.

A client is speaking about her issue of needing control and thinks all she has to do is let go.  This reversal is clearly a wisdom coming from her Higher Self saying that once she has grasped the lesson, then she can move on.  It says:
You want this haven’t yet the learning

During session work with a client I received clear instruction not to dig deeper into an issue at this time. 
I must never heal shadow

The 'shadow' as a Reverse Speech metaphor represents the hidden part of self - the place we bury things away.  This instruction came from her inner self to tell me she was unable to deal with what may be revealed then.

Children

A 3 year old asks her play mate why she had an injection. 
Her playmate answers “Make me better” and reversed this says:
I hated them

Here is a 4 month old baby who is not yet able to speak but is trying to communicate with the usual gurgling sounds of babies. 
Right at the very end of the reversed track, the baby says:
Hello

Here Joe Vitale, one of the presenters in The Secret who says it's important to give out positive emotions, to feel good because it brings more of the same - he reminds us of the basic principle of the Law of Attraction: what you give out you get back.  Part of this reversed to:
Mail used it

'Mail' is a metaphor meaning to send something into the collective unconscious and what he's doing here is delivering this important message which is an integral part of the Law - the feeling and its energy you generate.

And from Esther Hicks tells us that underlying all disease is a belief - she says we must deal with the underlying belief and fear causing the disease in the first place.  And she speaks about having arthritis and your attitude towards it - and a part reversed to:
Now face the belief

Jack Canfield author of 'Chicken Soup for The Soul' series speaks of our feelings of victimhood and says many of us come from dysfunctional families.  He goes on to say no matter what has happened to you be the best you can be.
Heed be your stunning

He tells us to pay attention to his message, to be the best YOU there is! 



And another from Jack Canfield who relates that he learned how to apply The Secret by
following its principles.  In this reversal we learn of his success with the Law of Attraction through the strength of using his positive thoughts.  Part of this reversed to:
Her kiss it, the elf pushed by and he won.  

The metaphor of 'kiss' means to connect deeply and 'elf' represents thoughts.  Because he connected deeply with the principles of The Secret, he held onto positive thoughts, pushing away the negative ones, and he won - as evidenced by his success.

Bollywood movie star,  Aishwarya Rai

These reversals are taken from an interview done by David Letterman, the host of the Late Show, in 2005 with Aishwarya Rai which reveal her inner thoughts during this interview.

David comments: “Now globally you’re an enormous star and you could go any place” and Aishwarya responds saying this, “How it just evokes a ... from you”.  Now whilst she is saying this she does a spontaneous movement with her hands which clearly indicates ‘so what’ – that it doesn’t mean much to him. 
And her reversal Her score with the giant is her unconscious comment that by doing this, saying this truth, she gained an advantage over this giant of American television.
Note: listen carefully, when she says 'giant' in this reversal, he is speaking at the same time but you can hear it.

The interview continues and he asks her how she got into this business of acting and he does this quite insistently.  He adds, “Here in the United States a young girl is discovered and she’d be 16 or 17 years old, is that what happened to you?” 
Aishwarya responds quietly saying, “Not a very different story” and this reversal occurred:
He rots with the devil

In Reverse Speech the metaphor of ‘rot’ means decay or poison in the psyche and the metaphor of ‘devil’ means destructive behaviour. This is her unconscious comment about the negative influences these experiences had in the early days of her career.
